La humanización del derecho internacional por la jurisprudencia interamericana
Abstract
In following pages we will concentrate outlining inter-American ideas regarding two issues. On the one hand, it concerns us to show the argumentation that the IHR Court has built on the process of humanization, particularly in relation to its basics and its tasks. On the other hand, making use of the effects of this discourse, we would like to highlight the nuances that American jurisprudence has imposed on the voluntaristic conception of international law for the consolidation of a more humanistic vision of this law.
